Tuesday, September 4, at 6:30 p.m. at The People’s Church, in Franklin (Tenn.), our Wives of Faith group is hosting a “Night With Friends” – an evening where we’re bringing military wives from all over together for one night to listen to an inspiring speaker and connect with other wives who can relate to the ups and downs of military life.

Amy Stephens is a dynamic energetic young woman who grew up in the military – her dad is a military chaplain – and for several years she has literally travelled all over the world encouraging military families. She has graciously agreed to come that night to speak with us about spiritual intimacy – how to put God at the center of our life instead of fitting Him in around the edges. Though this is for only one night, we hope to introduce Wives of Faith to many ladies and see new chapters get started all over the region. This is also a trail run for a larger conference I’m looking at doing for next year.
