You are here: Home > Deployment > The Fun Part of Being a Military Family

I had to share this… Caleb and I had the privilege of speaking to the 6th graders at our church this week – once on Wednesday night and then again this morning during Sunday school. I talked to them about what it was like to be in Iraq, showed them lots of pictures, and also talked about what it was like to be a military family, and how they could help support the troops and their families. They’re all pointing to the bracelets I gave them which say “Support Our Troops.” We also brought our Flat Daddy so they could meet Cliff. Caleb (little boy in the red shirt next to Cliff the Flat Daddy) had a great time with the kids and they were so sweet to him. He’s already asking when we can go back!
